Commissioning & Post-Construction Services: The IBC commissioning and post
construction teams ensure that essential performance outcomes are fully realized then
adapted to specific facility requirements and user needs.
Cost Certainty: We use a TVD* cost model – owners initial business case is aligned and
validated for cost, scope, and constructibility - at the outset. Design then follows based
on maximum cost allowance.
Cost Management: A project's Control-Estimate is mutually established, monitored and
continuously managed by the IBC and Owner teams.
The IBC focuses all recourses, process models, and team members on mutually
developed, fully articulated, and measurable outcomes.
Expedited Design & Procurement: Design choices are made, and major equipment
purchases are placed during the earliest stages of the IBC project cycle.
Expedited Construction Commissioning: Our unique 3-step construction model
reduces much of the stress related to summer renovations, and adds increased certainty
to completion timetables.
Integration: The IBC collaborative includes all building trades as well as engineers,
architects, commissioning agents and automation specialists.
